KELSEYVILLE — Kelseyville Elementary School began collecting socks to donate to the Socks for Santa drive held by the Kelseyville Food Pantry.
The elementary school staff donated 53 pairs of socks to start the collection. The purpose of the drive is to collect socks of all sizes and colors to help the community stay warm during the winter. All Kelseyville schools as well as the Kelseyville Business Association are participating in the collection drive.
The socks will be given away at the food pantry”s Christmas giveaway on Dec. 17 at the Kelseyville Presbyterian Church, located at 5340 Third St. in Kelseyville.
