SAN FRANCISCO — The trial date for the alleged killer of Forrest Seagrave has been set.
Jonathan Antonio Mota is scheduled to go to trial for the murder of Seagrave on Oct. 6.
Mota is accused of shooting and killing Seagrave during the commission of an armed robbery on Jan. 18.
Seagrave was at work at Mt. Konocti 76 Station Store 24 in Kelseyville when the incident took place. Seagrave succumbed to the injuries at a Lakeport hospital later that evening.
