On Wednesday I took my neighbor to the fairgrounds. They had a drive-thru, paper work and even loaded your car, and friendly volunteers.
Wow, I was totally impressed with the amount of food and the quality.
Here”s what was given:
One candied ham, fresh lettuce and fresh carrots, dressing mix, a big bag of potatoes, assorted can soups and even a pumpkin pie.
You could easily feed six-to-eight people. Your group really has all of its ducks in a row.
Local merchants and people that donate money, thank you for being great-givers to our county.
I would like to give credit to the Record-Bee for having a picture and article every day on the front page of the newspaper for this program. You are doing your part.
I will be giving a donation to this program.
There”s a lot of good in our county.
