OAKLAND ? The California Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for a 13-year-old black girl from Oakland.
The girl was reportedly abducted by a 35-year-old black man during a carjacking at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday.
The man is suspected to be driving a red 2001 Nissan Infiniti QX4 SUV. The license plate number is 6JFM648.
The suspect is reportedly armed with a knife
