LAKEPORT — The Lakeport City Council will negotiate a professional services contract with Garavaglia Architects, Inc. regarding the Carnegie Library at its meeting Tuesday.
The council is also scheduled to adopt a resolution to reaffirm the necessity of development impact fees.
The council is also scheduled to approve a professional services agreement and a development reimbursement agreement, as well as approve City Manager Margaret Silveira to sign both agreements on behalf of the city.
Additionally, a professional service agreement with Total Compensation, Inc. is also scheduled to be approved.
Furthermore, the council is scheduled to approve Silveira to enter a professional services agreement with Utility Safety Services.
A contract between the city and Robert Fogelstrom is scheduled to be approved the council.
