LAKEPORT — Mormon Helping Hands will meet at Museum Park at 7 a.m. to clean up the downtown area as part of the statewide “Day of Community Service” on Saturday.
“Thousands of volunteers will work together to improve California communities,” Diane Gill stated.
Mormon Helping Hands is expecting at least 40 people to bring tools for dusting spiderwebs, sweeping sidewalks, washing windows and removing weeds from cracks in sidewalks, Gill stated. Everyone is welcome.
