CLEARLAKE — The American Health Care Association (AHCA) has recognized Meadowood Nursing Center in Clearlake in its 2013 Quality Initiative Recognition Program. Meadowood received a three-tier award by achieving a national goal to improve quality care in skilled nursing communities and for its commitment to improving the lives of the residents they serve.
