KELSEYVILLE — Carolyn Ruttan, the Lake County Invasive Species Program Coordinator, will give an one-hour talk on the Quagga Mussel Prevention Program as well as the effects of the drought on the cyanobacteria and aquatic plants in Clear Lake at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Clear Lake State Park”s visitor center.
Ruttan will also discuses her proposal for a Clear Lake Environmental Research Center.
Entry into the park is free-of-charge for those attending the presentation.

Clear Lake State Park is located at 5300 Soda Bay Road in Kelseyville.
