LAKE COUNTY — The Konocti Unified School District (KUSD) is participating in the U.S. Department of Agriculture”s (USDA) Summer Food Service Program and will provide breakfast and lunch meals throughout the summer to children 18 or younger.

Meals will be provided to all children, free-of-charge and regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability and without discrimination in the course of the meal service, according to KUSD Director of Child Nutrition Mandy Lopez.

To file a complaint of discrimination, people can reach the USDA Office of Adjudication by writing to 1400 Independence Ave. SW, Washington, D.C. 20250 or by calling (866) 632-9992 for English or (800) 845-6136 for Spanish.

Meals will be offered Monday through Friday at the following locations, dates and times:

? Lower Lake Elementary School — 9240 Lake St. in Lower Lake

June 9 to July 3 — Breakfast: 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

— Lunch: 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

? Clearlake Youth Center — 4750 Golf Ave. in Clearlake

June 9 to July 18 — Breakfast: 8 to 9 a.m.

— Lunch: noon to 1 p.m.

? First Baptist Church — 14550 Pearl Ave. in Clearlake

June 9 to July 18 — Lunch only: noon to 1 p.m.

? Lower Lake High School — 9430 Lake St. in Lower Lake

July 7 to July 18 — Breakfast: 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

— Lunch 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
