This is in response to Guthrie “Guff” Worth”s letter of May 20. It is self-evident that the toleration of sin and the spread of evil are one and the same thing making scripture clarification unnecessary.
The clarification that 1 Corinthians 1:17-31 provides is in a different vein. This passage directly addresses the sin problem itself and shows very clearly that God”s answer is the only real solution to the problem. For a clearer picture of how all of this fits together see Isaiah 52:12-53:12.
