LAKE COUNTY >> The Clear Lake Junior Horseman (CLJH) Member of the Month is Karissa Huggins.
Huggins has been a member of CLJH for 10 years and she currently holds the office of vice president. She is a junior and attends Kelseyville High School where she carries a 4.0 GPA and plays on the varsity volleyball team. She also rides in the drill team at the Lake County Rodeo, has been a member of 4-H for nine years and raises swine.
Huggins rides her 9-year-old sorrel quarter horse gelding, Blair. She is the 2013 Lake County Rodeo Princess and will be running for the title of Miss Lake County Rodeo Queen this year.
