KELSEYVILLE >> The third Reskilling, a community skill-share event, will be held on Saturday at Ancient Lake Gardens.
The family-friendly event is free-of-charge and encourages community members to come together to teach and learn new skills. Workshops will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. A potluck dinner will begin at 6 p.m., followed by an open mic and music from the Righteous Vibrations. Attendees who would like a farm tour of the Ancient Lake Gardens can arrive at 2:30 p.m. the day of the event.
Workshop topics will include knife sharpening, tai chi, planning a winter garden, spinning: from pet hair to wool, solar carving; making foliar sprays, sea glass jewelry and herbal salves.
