TACOMA, WASH. >> Andrea White, a 2010 graduate of Lower Lake High School, graduated from the University of Puget Sound on May 18.
White majored in biochemistry, with a minor in mathematics.
White is the daughter of Jodi and Thomas White of Clearlake.
While a student at Puget Sound, White participated in Dental Club, rock climbing, KUPS student radio and ballet. She worked as an organic chemistry course assistant, and after graduation she will be interning at I.P. Callison & Sons analytical chemistry lab.
Founded in 1888, the University of Puget Sound is a 2,600-student, independent, national liberal arts college in Tacoma, Wash.
