LUCERNE >> Lucerne Alpine Senior Center will host its Open Mic Lucerne (OML) event on July 26 from 6 to 11 p.m.
July 26 will be the one-year anniversary for the OML monthly event.
The event is free-of-charge. Music, comedy, mime, readings and any other performance that is family-oriented are welcome. Room is also available for dancing and a spaghetti dinner with traditional and vegetarian options will be available for $5. All proceeds from food sales will benefit the senior center.
The center”s house band, FOGG, will start off the evening with classic, heavy metal rock ”n” roll covers and original songs. Bands and individuals will perform throughout the evening.
Past OML events have seen full venues, so people should sign up early for a performance time slot, according to Rae Eby-Carl.

The Lucerne Alpine Senior Center is located at 3985 Country Club Drive in Lucerne.
