KESLEYVILLE >> A culinary summer camp will be held at Kelseyville High School from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday and Tuesday.

Participating students can be from any school district but must be in the seventh-grade or older to attend. The camp is free-of-charge. Students will be taught the art of baking and proper knife techniques through hands-on learning.

The goal of the camp is to expose students to a variety of careers while learning in a fun and energetic environment, Tammy Serpa, the program specialist of the Lake County Office of Education (LCOE), stated. The program is offered through the LCOE Career and College Readiness Department.

To register, visit www.lakecoe.org/departments/program_subpages/rop_in_lake_county/559 or call 994-9001.
