LAKEPORT >> The Lakeport (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) TOPS selected Charlotte Perkins for its annual “Sweetheart” award.
The honor is given to one TOPS member of chapter 1911 Lakeport annually who is pleasant, caring, aware of other”s needs, a good listener and willing to serve the chapter as well as others, according to TOPS Publicity Coordinator Donna Wooldridge.
The members” vote selected Perkins who was presented with gifts of appreciation, not only for her outstanding traits as Sweetheart but also as the chapter”s leader, Wooldridge stated.
TOPS meetings are open to the public and take place Thursdays from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the clubhouse at the Lakeport Lagoons Mobile Home Park.
