COBB >> Cobb Middle School”s sixth-graders will hold a golf tournament at Cobb Mountain Golf at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 2 to raise funds for a science camp.
The golf tournament will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with lunch to follow. The event will also feature a raffle and silent auction; the raffle will begin at 1:30 p.m. and the silent auction will close at 2:15 p.m.
The cost to participate in the tournament is $30 and includes lunch; $10 from each ticket, as well as all proceeds from the raffle and silent auction, will benefit the sixth-graders attending the science camp.

The fundraiser”s goal is to send every sixth-grade student of Cobb Middle School to the science camp.
Cobb Mountain Golf is located at 16451 Golf Road in Cobb.
