LAKE COUNTY >> The Angelights and Harmony Boys will hold performances at Lake County senior centers and nursing homes throughout the summer.

“The members of the group are mostly seniors who live in Lake County and want to give back to other seniors a little fun and laughter,” according to Mary Stiehr.

The show is based on the group”s high school memories and the songs used are from this period.

“Songs that our generation can relate to; getting up and going to school, teen love, rock n” roll, cars and motorcycles, Elvis, Little Richard, Tina Turner and Jerry Lee Lewis all contribute to the fun,” Stiehr stated.

The groups next performance will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Orchard Park.

Additional performances will be held on Aug. 1 at the Lakeport Senior Activity Center, Aug. 7 at the Highlands Senior Service Center, Aug. 12 at the Riviera Hills Golf Club, Aug. 19 at the Kelseyville Senior Center, Aug. 22 at the Moose Lodge and Aug. 27 at the Middletown Senior Center.
