LAKE COUNTY >> A governing board member election for two school districts as well as a general district election to fill the office of director for various agencies will be held on Nov. 4.
The governing boards of the following school districts will have vacancies to fill:
• Konocti Unified School District
Three vacancies — four-year terms
• Middletown Unified School District
Three vacancies — four-year terms
The following agencies will have director positions to fill:
• Northshore Fire Protection District
Lucerne Zones — four-year term
Nice Zones — four-year term
Upper Lake Zones — two-year unexpired term
At Large — four-year term
• Redbud Health Care District
Zone 2, one vacancy — four-year term
Zone 4, one vacancy — four-year term
• East Lake Resource Conservation District (directors appointed by the Lake County Board of Supervisors)
Three vacancies — four-year terms
One vacancy — two-year unexpired term
• West lake Resource Conservation District
Two vacancies — four-year terms
Voters who want information regarding filing for the elective offices enumerated above may contact the Lake County Registrar of Voters office at 263-2372. The office in the Lake County Courthouse, located at 255 N. Forbes St. in Lakeport, Room 209. It is open from 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Filing period ends on Aug. 8 at 5 p.m.
