LUCERNE >> The Lucerne Alpine Senior Center will host its monthly western band potluck on Aug. 20 from 6 to 9 p.m.
The third Wednesday every month marks this regular fundraiser and music event where the High Notes band is featured.
Admission is $12. Attendees are also encouraged to bring food to share. All proceeds from the meal benefit the Lucerne Alpine Senior Center, a nonprofit that serves north shore senior populations with on site lunches, Meals-On-Wheels and advocacy.
