LAKE COUNTY >> The Clear Lake Trowel and Trellis Garden Club to join its membership.
Members attend monthly meetings, exchange ideas with others and participate in programs and workshops.
The club participates in civic beautification, flower shows, fundraising, flower arranging, garden therapy and field trips, according to member Jerry Shaul.
The club meets at noon on the third Tuesday of each month at the Women”s Club House. A light lunch is served at each meeting.
The next meeting will take place on Sept. 16 and will feature a presentation by Judith Diggs of Bio Farms. Diggs will speak on all aspects of growing organic vegetables.
