7:13 a.m. >> A 40-year old man was arrested after reportedly standing outside by apartment garage.

2:30 p.m. >> A neighbor living behind caller in a motor home allegedly kicked down caller”s fence on Old Highway 53.

4:07 p.m. >> An older woman was reportedly following a family around, grabbed someone in their face at St. Helena Family Health Center on Lakeshore Drive.

4:49 p.m. >> Two people were allegedly going through a trash can on Lakeshore Drive. Arrest was made.

5:28 p.m. >> A mother called to report her daughter was harassing her over the Internet and sending her text messages.

5:32 p.m. >> A person driving a late ”80s model white Ford pickup truck was allegedly dumping trash illegally on 14th Avenue and Boyles Avenue.

7:17 p.m. >> A father reported a pit bull charged his child and said he would shoot the dog if someone didn”t go out to the scene. The owner of the dog took the dog inside during call. A verbal warning was given.

7:53 p.m. >> Two men were reportedly racing down Highway 53, stopped in the road, got into a fight and then got back into their vehicles and left the area.

1:29 p.m. >> A woman reported she lost her wallet. She thinks it fell out when she got out of her vehicle.

1:49 p.m. >> A woman reported that she called Netflix support and they took control of her computer. The caller said she saw a whole bunch of numbers going on her computer and reported that they said she needed to pay $291 or they”ll give out her information.

3:10 p.m. >> An Enterprise tow vehicle came off the trailer and rolled down the hill on Konocti View into caller”s yard. Reports the entire garden was taken out.

3:16 p.m >> Two slashed tires were reported on Lakeshore Drive.

5:37 p.m. >> A 25-year-old woman was reportedly asking J&L Market customers for money and would not leave.

5:12 p.m. >> A woman reported people were going inside her home on Eighth Street when she”s at work and taking dog food and coffee. She also reported they break into her vehicle.

10:24 p.m. >> A man wearing jeans and no shirt who appeared to be under the influence was reportedly in traffic near Carl”s Jr. Caller thought the man was going to defecate in the road.

11:53 a.m. >> An aggressive dog reportedly went into caller”s yard and almost attacked father-in-law on Hillcrest Avenue. Caller said the owner is in jail, and his girlfriend lets the dog out.

2:56 p.m. >> A man in his 50s with post-traumatic stress disorder was outside McDonald”s laying on the ground and refused to get up.

3:12 p.m. >> A 12-year-old child reportedly jumped out of caller”s car near Notts Liquors.

3:24 p.m. >> A 36-year-old woman allegedly threw her phone at caller and kicker her. The woman had reportedly been drinking. Arrest was made.

5:42 p.m. >> A caller reported that a stolen wallet was returned without money in it.

6:51 p.m. >> A caller reported someone gave him a found Russian passport on Pearl Avenue.

7:12 p.m. >> A woman at B&B Lighthouse called crying, did not speak English and hung up the phone before central dispatch could get a translator. Arrest was made.

8:09 p.m. >> A man was sleeping on a bench facing the theater on Olympic Drive.

Aug. 29

12:22 a.m. >> A man with long curly hair wearing a white cowboy hat allegedly put a gun to caller”s head at Adagio Apartments on Olympic Drive. The subject was walking around parking lot.

9:58 p.m. >> Two women were reportedly fighting in the front yard of a yellow house on Cypress Street.

11:38 p.m. >> A woman reported a man put his hands on her and tried to choke her. She said he was outside in the street on Valley Avenue yelling. The caller thought he was off his medication.

Aug. 30

6:41 a.m. >> A cellphone was reported stolen at laundromat on Olympic Drive.

3:08 p.m. >> A woman was allegedly hanging cat feces on fence between her and the caller”s properties. The neighbor was also reportedly screaming and threatening to have her son go over and beat up caller. She has no weapons, but caller said the woman had a vicious pit bull.

3:46 p.m. >> A reportedly drunk man was arrested after he allegedly wouldn”t leave children alone at Redbud Park on Ballpark Avenue.

6:50 p.m. >> An alleged drunk man was reportedly laying in front of Elegant Touch Salon on Olympic Drive yelling and cursing at people. Arrest was made.

8:49 p.m. >> A mother reported her 13-year-old daughter was at Wal-Mart with an unknown man who would not let her have her daughter.

11:03 p.m. >> A cellphone and $100 were reported stolen from a purse at Orchard Park on Burns Valley Road.

Aug. 31

11:21 a.m. >> A mother reported her daughter hit her in the head and wanted to press charges. Arrest was made.

1:38 p.m. >> A bike was reported stolen on Mullen Avenue.

2:10 p.m. >> A blue Jeep Cherokee was reported stolen at J&L Market on Old Highway 53. Caller reported he left his vehicle for a short time, left keys in vehicle and it was gone upon his return. Arrest was made.

7:26 a.m. >> A camera was reported stolen outside of a residence on Blue Gum Street.

8:40 a.m. >> Tires were reportedly slashed during the night on 21st Avenue.

2:37 p.m. >> A man in his late 30s was reportedly sitting on a cable box throwing rocks at people and yelling at them on Lakeshore Drive.

3:43 p.m. >> A 1996 white Chrysler Town and Country van was reported stolen on Old Highway 53.

9:09 a.m. >> The back door of caller”s rental was reportedly kicked in.

10:23 a.m. >> Two men were reportedly throwing rocks and pipes at caller”s home.

1:27 p.m. >> A person was allegedly rude, disrespectful and threatened to stab people in the neck with pens at Clearlake Apartments on Old Highway 53.

2:35 p.m. >> A man, allegedly drunk, fell off a bench and hit his head at Redbud Park on Ballpark Avenue. He was not talking coherently.

10:00 a.m. >> A dog was reportedly tethered and could not move left or right, nor could it reach water or food on Wilder Avenue.

2:59 p.m. >> A woman reportedly refused to get off the bus.

5:25 p.m. >> A man was reported carrying a large sword on Lakeshore and Olympic drives.

6:42 p.m. >> After being chased by a small dog, a woman said could not get into her home because dogs were at the door.
