CLEARLAKE >> The Redwood Caregiver Resource Center (RCRC) is holding a monthly caregiver workshop series at Highlands Senior Service Center in Clearlake.
The next RCRC workshop will be held on Oct. 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. The film presentation will be “Quiet Triumphs.”
The film focuses on some of the good that can come out of caregiving. Caregivers discuss their experiences of gratitude and growth in the midst of the stressors of long term caregiving.
The following discussion will be on identifying areas of meaning in caregiving.
