An aircraft from CAL FIRE douses a wildfire with a load of retardant on Monday. The fire broke out in some woodland off Spruce Grove Rd. near Lower Lake. Along with CAL FIRE, the Lake County Fire Protection District responded and quickly contained the blaze to a single acre. It was extinguished quickly and without incident.
