Narumi Mitchell, 17, is crowned as the 2015 Miss Lake County Saturday night. More than a dozen girls and women competed in the Miss Lake County and Miss Lake County Outstanding Teen Scholarship Pageant at the Terrace Middle School MAC Building in Lakeport. Miss California Marina Inserra also appeared at the pageant, a preliminary for Miss California and Miss America. The Miss Lake County”s Outstanding Teen winner is Isabella Mattina, 14.
