CLEARLAKE >> The city of Clearlake has announced that the boat ramp at Redbud Park is officially closed because of low water conditions.
City officials say the water is too low for safely launching a boat. The ramp will be reopened when the lake conditions improve.
The closing of the ramp at Redbud Park leaves only three public ramps open on Clear Lake.
The Fifth and Third Street ramps in Lakeport are open and boats can be launched. The public ramp at Clearlake Oaks is also open for launching.
