Letter to the Editor: What is perfect?
Bill Kettenhofen has his first two paragraphs correct. Due to plate tectonics, the continents were at one time all joined and fairly much across the equator. This gave what is now Antarctica a tropical climate and the fossil finds Bill describes in his letter. Then he gives evidence of The Flood by an example of mastodons with unchewed buttercups in their mouths. Of course, there is no chance of the Flood washing these buttercups out of the mouths, after all, the flooding spanned only 40 days. And the ”perfect” creation? Earthquakes and UV that kill hundreds of thousands every year? If believing this is ”perfect” gives you comfort, please continue to do so. But you did make an error. Skeptics who believed in a flat earth went against science and stuck with their beliefs.
