3:10 a.m. >> A man and woman were reportedly making out in a white Ford Ranger and causing the area dogs to bark on Buckley Street. A loud party was also reported on the same street a few hours prior to the incident.

11:18 a.m. >> At about 2 a.m. a subject came onto the reporting party”s property on Clement Drive and allegedly disabled surveillance, took padlock off of breaker box and shut off the breaker. Nothing taken. Reporting party has video.

12:06 p.m. >> Thirty subjects were reportedly outside El Grande on Lakeshore Drive with cameras trying to force their way inside. Security guards were overwhelmed. Arrest made.

12:38 p.m. >> A caller reported a roommate was eating his food at Galaxy Resort on Old Highway 53.

1:17 p.m. >> A man on Peony Street allegedly slapped the caller”s hand, knocked him down and has been throwing rocks. Subject was possibly under the influence of prescription drugs. Caller requested medical attention for his heart.

1:48 p.m. >> A caller reported being annoyed by a group making a dirt track and causing dust to form on a big empty field on Austin Road. Caller was uncooperative and would not provide further.

2:41 p.m. >> A man in a tan, four-door vehicle with large rims was allegedly smoking marijuana while driving at Clearlake Apartments on Old Highway 53.

4:47 p.m. >> A 12- or 13-year-old boy refused to leave First Baptist Church on Pearl Avenue.

9:10 p.m. >> A man with a shopping cart was reportedly on his hands and knees with items all over the sidewalk at the Clearlake Post Office on Olympic Drive.

10:53 p.m. >> A wallet was reported lost at Wal-Mart.
