LAKE COUNTY >> The Lake County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Lake County Winegrape Commission and the Lake County Winery Association, will host an informative meeting with a team from the San Francisco Chronicle to learn about plans for a special “Destination Lake County” section, scheduled to be published in the Chronicle on April 12, 2015.
Destination Lake County will include feature articles and photographs. It will be produced in both print format and electronic format on SF Gate to showcase Lake County for Bay Area readers.
Destination sections are produced for many different regions throughout the year. This will be the first time that Lake County has been featured.
The meeting will occur on Nov. 19 from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Lake County Courthouse in the Board of Supervisors Chambers on the first floor.

The Lake County Courthouse is located at 255 N. Forbes St. in Lakeport.
