KELSEYVILLE >> The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Clear Lake will host its inaugural Winter Fundraiser on Dec. 7 from 4 to 8 p.m.
There will be silent and live auctions, wines and appetizers.
The cost is $20 with a reservation and $25 at the door.
