LOWER LAKE >> Thorn Hill Vineyards will host a “Wild Women of Wine” event Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the tasting room located 8170 Highway 29.
The dinner”s menu pairings will feature Thorn Hill Vineyards” 2010 Chardonnay Napa Valley, house-made corn chowder and rustic bread; Thorn Hill Vineyards” 2010 Three Sisters Cabernet, steak bites with fennel pollen and fresh herbs and roasted sunchokes and spinach and Thorn Hill Vineyards” 2008 Petite Sirah “Fire” dessert wine and dark chocolate torte. A complimentary holiday wine charm will be presented to attendees.
