UKIAH >> Art Center Ukiah is issuing a call for entries for a juried show exhibited during the month of January.
Entitled “Wind, Waves, and Whatever,” works should be inspired by rain, wind and winter weather. The show is open to all artists of any age. Original work can be paintings, mixed media, fiber, ceramic, sculpture and photography. All work must be ready to hang or display. The exhibit is held in conjunction with Visit Mendocino County”s Crab, Wine and Beer Festival and will be on display until Jan. 31. An opening reception will be held Jan. 9 from 5 to 8 p.m. with artists welcome. Live music, crab appetizers and wine will be available.
