The 90-acre Konocti Harbor Resort & Spa is again on the market, with a vigorous marketing effort.

Long a destination for tourists and concert goers, the facility with its 5,000 seat outdoor amphitheater and 1,000 seat showroom closed in 2009. Since then efforts to sell the property have fallen through.

A sizeable publicity campaign by KW Commercial is in progress under the direction of Craig J. Cosentino and his team. Cosentino is the Managing Director of KW Commercial, the largest real estate franchise company in North America. He has been in the real estate industry since 1974. His career began as a Landscape Architect/Urban Planner, designing and developing properties around the world. Cosentino has spent the last 20 years as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in the North Bay. His Hospitality Group at KW Commercial, the commercial real estate arm of Keller Williams Realty, consists of some of the finest consultants in the business.

Greg Bennett of Bennett Entertainment is the President and General Manager of Konocti Harbor, and the impetus behind the resort”s previous success. It was Bennett who transformed the rustic, summer-only property into a renowned year round destination resort, attracting the likes of ZZ Top and other national acts. He took the resort from zero to 70 or more premier shows a year. Although the resort has been closed since late 2009, Bennett remains an invaluable asset to the realization of this project.

The resort includes two Olympic-size swimming pools and two wading pools, an 18-hole miniature golf course, lighted tennis and basketball courts along with the Classic Rock caf?, Waterfront Nightclub and convention facilities.
