LAKEPORT >> The case involving Daniel Nelson, manager of Hoberg”s Resort, is scheduled for a disposition or setting hearing on Jan . 26.
The case will be heard at 8:15 a.m. in Department 1.
Originally filed in August 2013, the case has been postponed multiple times for various reasons. The the most recent postponement was issued because Nelson needed additional time to find counsel due to the recent death of his father, according to court documents.
