Lower Lake High School’s Dominic Cole is declared the winner at 162 pounds after prevailing by 5-4 decision against his Fort Bragg opponent on Wednesday night at Lower Lake High School. Cole, who was competing in his first match since sustaining an injury at the Dennis Jensen Invitational in Middletown in early January, gave the Trojans a brief 3-0 lead on the scoreboard in their first-place showdown with Fort Bragg. The Timberwolves, defending Coastal Mountain Conference champions, came roaring back for a 42-25 victory that leaves them undefeated in dual action at 7-0. Lower Lake falls to 5-1. The Trojans host Willits, Point Arena and Technology in their final CMC regular-season match next Wednesday.
