Mendocino County >> February is National Children’s Dental Health Month and on Feb. 7 Mendocino Community Health Clinics are having an event called “Give Kids a Smile,” part of a national event providing children without insurance free dental care.
Dentists and staff will volunteer their time to help the children of the community. Activities and a tooth fairy will be on site to entertain the kids while they’re waiting. The event opens at 9 a.m. and runs until all patients have received treatment.
