LAKEPORT >> Organization One Billion Rising will hold a live dancing event in Library Park this Saturday from 1 to 1:30 p.m. One Billion Rising seeks to raise support to end sexual violence worldwide. Millions, and perhaps more people, will be dancing simultaneously in over 200 countries protesting the fact that rape, battering and sexual abuse will happen to one third of all women on this earth in their lifetime.
