The Lake County Special Olympics held the annual Polar Plunge on Saturday at the Lakeside City Park in Kelseyville. At least 100 hardy people participated. The fundraising event is part of a global effort inviting people in various locations to either take a cold water plunge or contribute to the event. This year Lake County Special Olympics raised over $21,500, an all time high.
