Lakeport >> Mendocino College Lake Center is offering an improv class that starts March 9. This class is for beginning and advanced actors to provide exercises to improve improvisational skills, and even develop skills that are useful in everyday life. Improv explores teamwork and verbal and nonverbal communication. Cobb >> Kindergarten Round-up (registration) will be held at Cobb Mountain Elementary School on March 26.
Children who will be 5 years old by Sept. 1 are encouraged to attend Kindergarten Round-up. Parents need to provide immunization records and a county-issued birth certificate. At round-up, prospective kindergartners will be screened by our kindergarten teacher.
If you are unable to attend Kindergarten Round-up, please stop by the school office to pick up a registration packet. Call the school office at 987-1450, ext. 5100, for an appointment.
