Here we go again

Marie Hart, State Dept. Spokeswoman, stated to defeat ISIS you need to get these people jobs and to pull them out of poverty! So, here we go again the back-end of the cow speaking or the picture of this administration’s Policy! This woman is supposed to have a masters degree in Middle Eastern studies. Either she flunked or her professor didn’t know what he was talking about. This is what you get out of colleges now days. The main theme of college professors is teaching left wing views, and white oppression, whatever that is. Our college system is raising a generation of America haters! How is this any different than the schools in the Middle East?

Which makes a lot of parents, minus the left, fools for spending all that money. This is how this admin. thinks. Last I heard ISIS is pulling in 1 to 3 million a month to support 30 thousand troops. Pres. Obama can’t even provide good jobs here in the US!

And wasn’t Osama Bin Laden worth billions?

Debbi Washerman Shults said Republicans need to quit criticizing the President. No Debbie, we should launch an all out media assault on this President’s assault on America.

How would President Obama report 21 Muslims being beheaded by Christians. What do you want to bet it would be Christian Terrorism? Without a doubt! Which shows the hypocrisy of the left.

The rise of anti Semitism in Europe is rising at an alarming rate, which will come to the USA, which means to me the Muslim faith trumps all rights of the free world. Lots of luck to the next generation because ISIS will make WWII Germany look like a JV team that is now predominant in seven countries.

Marie Hart says we can’t kill all of the ISIS fighters yet the core belief of ISIS is to kill all infidels, i.e.: Christians and to install a society that condones rape, slavery, murder, and total domination. This is what the free world has fought against since the beginning of time. The real way to defeat ISIS is to export progressive liberalism to them, it will destroy them from within and if you on the left do not think ISIS is a threat, they have stated they want to raise their flag on the White House.

The President says he disagrees with the recent ruling by the Court of Appeals on his executive order on immigration. The actual statement should have been, I disagree with the Constitution, the Rule of Law, and the American People. This President has said 21 times, he did not have the authority to do this, yet he is so narcissistic he did. That’s like someone saying, I don’t like the color you painted your house so I want you to tear it down, with the emphasis on tear it down.

Violence

I read an essay on violence the other day and the author argued that violence is not instinctive; it had to be taught. That got me thinking about a fight that I had had after school, long ago. The fight was not of my choosing, and my opponent was bigger than me. However, I knew that I would be the physically dominant one, because this other kid did not have a violent nature. So, we began flailing away at each other, and in the corner of my eye, I saw my mom pull up. I wanted to impress her, so I increased the ferocity and quantity of my punches until she got out of her car and yelled at me to stop.

Later, my mom castigated me for hitting the other boy, and informed me that he had asthma and it was horrible that I had been pummeling him. I felt terribly guilty and made up with the boy the next day.

I only put it together, today, sixty years later, how ironic the incident was: my mother would hit me, in a fury, with a belt or wooden coat hanger when she got angry with me. The epiphany I had was that the rage that she inflicted on me I had passed on to that unfortunate young man. I could emotionally revisit that moment and viscerally feel that at that moment, I had been passing the violence that I had learned from my mother onto my victim.

I guess that is why I never hit my own children, nor do they hit their children. That is not to say that children don’t need discipline. And, here is what many people, in my experience, don’t understand: violence and discipline are not the same things. Parents must set limits. When parents do not set limits, they create in their children, what one psychologist calls “tyrannical child syndrome.” This occurs when a child does not know his/her limits and thus becomes frightened. This fear leads to anger, and then, you have an out of control and angry “brat” on your hands.

So, the point that I am making is this: don’t hit your kids. It may make you feel better, but it does not help them. It teaches them to hit. And, don’t let them run wild either, that will make them angry and they will probably hit out of anger in that scenario as well.

Rabbits

Heat makes water boil, and the boiling protects the water from the heat. Cold makes water freeze, and the freezing protects the water from the cold. The eagle makes the jackrabbit develop long legs, and the long legs protect the jackrabbit from the eagle. The jackrabbit, being sensate, finds joy in the exercise of its long and powerful legs. For the exercise of its legs, gamboling with its fellow jackrabbits will suffice; but that is to overlook the fact that the jackrabbit’s brain evolved in the same environmental circumstances that built the legs; and the brain can distinguish between a romp with playmates and escape from the eagle. For the brain, the romp will not do; an eagle is required.
