Middletown >> The Middletown High School (MHS) Troupe No. 7091 proudly presents “Almost, Maine” by John Cariani, on March 20, 21 and 22 in the multi-use facility.
The play takes place in the mythical town of Almost, Maine, on a cold, clear, moonless night in the middle of winter. Almost’s residents find themselves falling in and out of love as the northern lights shine in the star-filled sky above.
The New York Times declared this play “A whimsical approach to the joys and perils of romance. Magical happenings bloom beneath the snowdrifts.”
Watch the MHS award winning cast in the ups and downs of love in a small town. Shows take place March 20 and March 21 at 7 p.m., and March 22 at 4 p.m. Admission costs $8, $5 for seniors and students.
This play is not recommended for children younger than the age of 12. Almost, Maine is presented with permission from Dramatists Play Service, Inc. New York.
