Clearlake >> The Yuba Community College District Governing Board will hold its regular board meeting today at 5 p.m. at Yuba College Sutter County Center. It will be preceded by a meeting of the governing board’s policy committee 3:30 p.m. and a special board meeting at 4:30 p.m.
