UPPER LAKE >> Upper Lake High School sophomore Pancho Flores was the only member of the Cougars’ squad named to the recently released All-North Central League II varsity boys’ basketball team.
Flores received an honorable mention.
The league’s MVP was junior Pablo Avendano of Roseland Prep, the NCL II champion. A complete list of team members is on Page A7.
