Lakeport >> Lakeport Police Department (LPD) staff and City Manager Margaret Silveira presented Kathy Fowler and her general manager Tim Wynacht with an LPD Certificate of Appreciation on Thursday for their $500 donation made this past Christmas. The department used the funds for some much needed operational equipment.
“We sincerely thank Kathy Fowler, Tim Wynacht and the rest of their Chevrolet dealership team for this and for their continued commitment and support of other programs in our community. We feel fortunate to be able to provide police services in such a great community,” LPD Chief Brad Rasmussen said.
