Clearlake >> Konocti Senior Support, Inc. (KSSI) is currently accepting applications for two vacant board positions. Board members help oversee two programs: Senior Peer Counseling and the Friendly Visitor Program. Applications will be reviewed and selected based on a background in business or a keen desire to help seniors.
KSSI is funded by County –provided grant money to help elders in need. Board of directors meetings occur on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:15 p.m. and board members help make decisions and suggestions regarding the staffing, finances and oversight of operations. Board members are allowed to attend any seminars offered and are encouraged to build relationships with staff, volunteers and other board members.
