SUTTER >> Terrace Middle School wrestling team members won a first-place medal and two seconds on Saturday during the Twin Cities Invitational in Sutter.
Five girls and two boys made the trip to the tournament, which operated on six mats in two gyms.
Mavis Pyorre finished first in her weight division while Scarlett Ballard and Will Green came in second. Other top placers were Bryanna Johnson, fourth, Lupita Heredia, fifth, and Mia Depaz-Flores, sixth.
It was a tough tournament and they all did great,” Terrace head coach Steve Fisher said.
