UPPER LAKE >> Olof Cellars invites wine enthusiasts to their Nebbiolo release party, set for Saturday, March 28, at the Lake County Wine Studio.
The winery is known for small production lines and unusual wines. Not only will they introduce a traditional Nebbiolo, vintage 2010, Olof has a 2013 Adeldam White Nebbiolo. They produce just two barrels of this blend per year. Olof is one of the county’s smallest wineries and often turn out single barrel, estate grown vintages.
The cost for the release party is $15 per person and includes four different styles of Nebbiolo, from white to sparkling, paired with food. The winery’s second label, CEO Wines, will also be available for tasting.
Lake County Wine Studio is located at 9505 Main St. in Upper Lake. The release party runs from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
