Lakeport >> The Lakeport Main Street Association is sponsoring a cleanup day in downtown Lakeport on April 25 from 7 to 11 a.m. for a morning of scrubbing, weeding and cob web dusting.
Volunteers will meet at Museum Park on Main Street and are encouraged to bring weeding tools, brooms, dust pans, long-handled cob web dusters and ladders. There will be donuts and hot beverages for all volunteers and community service certificates will be available for those who need community service.
