Sylas Lopez, 2, jumps in puddles at the Grocery Outlet parking lot in Lakeport Tuesday afternoon. The watery playground was left behind by Tuesday’s welcome rainfall. Periods of snow were reported on Cobb Mountain and the Hopland Grade in the afternoon. There were additional, unconfirmed reports of light hail in higher elevations.
