Neighborhood watch
Kelseyville >> An informational meeting of the Clearlake Riviera Neighborhood Community Watch Program will be held Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Clearlake Riviera Community Homeowners Association, located at 9689 State Highway in Kelseyville. There is no cost and no obligation to attend. This is an informational meeting to make everyone in the community aware and provide helpful safety tips.
Board meeting
Lake County >> The Lake County Mental Health Board will meet on Thursday at 3:15 p.m., upstairs at the Old Courthouse Museum, located at 255 Main St. in Lakeport. For questions, call Lake County Behavioral Health at 274-9101. The public is welcome to attend.
Craft fair
Clearlake >> Saturday, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2337 in Clearlake is having an indoor craft fair and outdoor yard/tool sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 3980 Veterans Lane. Writing workshop
Lakeport >> A writing workshop will be held at the Main Street Gallery on April 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. and April 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a break for lunch. For information, email rvschmidt2@gmail.com. The Main Street Gallery is located at 325 North Main St. in Lakeport.
Viking heritage event
Kelseyville >> The Vikings of Lake Lodge 6-166 of the Sons of Norway will hold their April Heritage and Culture event on Sunday at 1 p.m. The theme of this event is “Rosemaling” which is a Norwegian decorative painting. A potluck lunch will be served followed by a film, “The Art of Ethel Kvalheim,” a renowned folk artist. Grand opening
Lakeport >> Lake County Chamber of Commerce will host the grand opening and ribbon cutting for WestAmercia Bank in their new location at 650 N. Main St., Ste. A on April 23 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Refreshments will be available along with prize drawings.
Ribbon cutting
Kelseyville >> Kelseyville Unified School District will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on April 25 for the new agriculture barn for their FFA program. The public is invited. The ceremony begins at 10 a.m. at 4410 Konocti Road in Kelseyville, with a reception to follow at the Kelseyville High School Student Center, located at 5480 Main St. in Kelseyville.

Clearlake Oaks >> The Keys Club will be serving a breakfast buffet on April 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is $8 for adults and $4 for children twelve and under.
